Job summary

1GLOBAL in Lisbon is seeking a talented individual to join our French support team, providing telephone and online services to our business customers. You will handle technical queries in French and English and work to resolve issues efficiently.

You will track and respond to customer issues within agreed timescales, escalate for complex cases, and collaborate with Service Account Managers to grow and retain accounts. A professional telephone manner and strong written skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and ticketing systems.
• Experience in customer service procedures is a plus.
• Knowledge of GSM support is preferred.
• Excellent French written and verbal communication.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-line support to customers via phone and email.
• Track, collate and respond to customer issues within agreed timescales.
• Escalate and liaise with Technical Support in Portugal for complex cases.
• Work with Service Account Managers to develop, grow and retain customer accounts.
