Hexa People is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment in Porto. The role focuses on high-volume hiring for frontline positions, supporting approx. 130–150 hires per year.

You will partner with hiring managers, source actively, and use data-driven approaches to attract and assess top talent. The successful candidate will be fluent in French and English, with strong sourcing, interviewing and recruitment technology skills,

Formación

• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and recruitment technology skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple vacancies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across workforce planning, job ads, candidate assessment, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Drive proactive sourcing and candidate engagement via job boards, direct outreach and networks.
• Deliver excellent candidate experience with structured interviews and clear communication.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and use data to improve sourcing and efficiency.
