CloserHire is partnering with a leading company in Lisbon to recruit a French-speaking Recruiter for the dynamic Human Resources team. You will implement recruitment programs, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to assess candidates.

You will source talent, maintain records using ATS/HRIS tools, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to a positive company image. This role offers a hybrid work setup and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent in French with strong written and spoken English skills.
• Minimum of 1 year in recruitment or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and administer recruitment programs to attract top talent.
• Resume management: screen, file, and conduct background checks.
• Conduct interviews and provide candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
• Source candidates using various channels and maintain ATS/HRIS records.
• Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and maintain professionalism.
