Hexa People is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Porto to own end-to-end recruitment for frontline and operational roles in a fast-paced setting. You will partner with hiring managers, design interview frameworks, and drive proactive sourcing to secure top candidates.

Responsibilities include managing postings on Hellowork, France Travail, and Talentsoft, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers and onboarding with a data-driven approach using Power BI.

Qualificações

• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments with a high volume of hires.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from role profiling to onboarding.
• Create engaging job advertisements and assess candidates against objective criteria.
• Manage vacancy publication across platforms and conduct proactive outreach.
• Maintain ATS integrity and recruitment dashboards to monitor performance and KPIs.
