Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct background and reference checks.
• Perform initial screening interviews by phone or in person.
• Provide hiring managers with candidate recommendations and compensation packages.
• Source candidates via online platforms, networks, and communities.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
