We are looking for a French-speaking Senior Travel Agent to provide exceptional, personalized support to our travelers. In this role, you will handle a wide range of travel-related and technical inquiries from routine platform assistance to urgent, last-minute travel situations while ensuring each customer receives world-class service.
You will also collaborate with internal teams to share insights, improve workflows, and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalized support to travelers in French and English.
- Assist with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Stay informed about travel industry trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for product and process improvement.
- Build positive relationships across global teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed performance KPIs.
Requirements
- Fluent in French, with strong English (C1 level) communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Experience using GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with metrics and performance goals.
- Proficient with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Monday to Sunday), including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
