Are you fluent in French and English and passionate about customer care in the travel sector? We are hiring a dedicated Customer Support Specialistin Porto, Portugal, supporting a leading international Business Travel Platform.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality customer care to business clients and travelers, ensuring smooth trip management and top-tier support from one of Europe's most vibrant coastal cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, professional customer support in French and English to business travelers and corporate clients.
• Assist users with travel bookings, platform navigation, platform inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Deliver timely and effective solutions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong communication standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or fluent French + Business level English (C1) (written and spoken).
• Experience: Mandatory 2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferably within the travel industry).
• Education: Mandatory High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent).
• Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Work Model: Ability to work on-site in Porto, Portugal.
