You will provide travel support in French and English, handle bookings, updates, and inquiries, and maintain CRM records while delivering a professional, personalized service to business travelers.

Job description

A working week in Porto, Portugal, in French. 1000€ x 14.

A typical day

You’ll spend most of it on provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English, assist business travelers with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements, provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, and company policies, resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary, maintain and update customer records within the CRM system, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution.

Less often, you’ll also collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements, and deliver a professional and personalized customer experience throughout every interaction.

Would you fit?

We’re looking for someone with native-level fluency in French, english proficiency at C1 level, minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry High School, diploma (12th grade or equivalent), excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple digital tools.

The money

1000€ x 14

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year - your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
