TeamViewer, a leading Digital Workplace platform, invites you to join our Customer Support Team in Porto as a Customer Support Specialist. You will help customers solve IT challenges via phone, email, ticketing, and chat while delivering outstanding service.

Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus. You will explain product features, conduct product demonstrations, prepare tailored offers, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interest in technology, software, and IT environments.
• Ability to explain software products to customers with varying levels of expertise.
• Strong communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, ticket system, and chat, addressing technical, administrative, and account-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with topics such as software usage, onboarding, licensing, subscriptions, invoicing, and account management.
• Analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and provide clear guidance to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Support customers in understanding and effectively using our software solutions.
• Conduct online demonstrations of our products and highlight functionalities that address customers’ individual needs.
• Prepare tailored offers and support customers throughout their journey with TeamViewer.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer requests and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality customer experience by building strong relationships with our customers.
