Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a proactive Retention Sales professional for the EMЕA region, focusing on renewals and relationship-building with German-speaking customers. You will manage renewals, identify risks, and coordinate cross-functional actions to preserve ARR and expand opportunities across a diverse international client base.

Fluency in German and English is mandatory, with 1–2 years in sales or retention roles.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer retention, or customer service, preferably with renewals.
• Experience in IT environments with SaaS knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded.
• Identify opportunity and customer level risk and coordinate mitigation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer experiences, building trust and credibility.
• Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and email.
• Discover cross- and upsell opportunities with the existing customer base.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor trends, providing feedback to improve processes.
