Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Management or related area, or hands-on experience proving skills.
• Fluency in French is mandatory for HR operations for France.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with structured approach.
• Experience with HR platforms like Workday/ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics.
• Support new joiners throughout onboarding and beyond.
• Maintain HR systems data accuracy and quality.
• Assist international teams with onboarding, mobility and daily HR tasks.
• Create HR letters and documents to ease processes.
