• Fluency in French is mandatory to support HR operations for Belgium.
• Strong communication skills — clear, confident and approachable.
• A detail-oriented mindset and a natural ability to bring structure where it's needed.
• Enjoyment in working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• An adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Confidence using Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR platforms is a big plus.
