Thales in Paço de Arcos, Portugal, invites you to join our HR Shared Service Center to support employees and managers across countries with a high-quality experience. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for HR topics and guide new joiners from offer letter to onboarding.

You’ll maintain HR systems, assist international teams with onboarding and mobility, create HR letters and reports, and contribute to HR projects that improve our ways of working.

Qualifications

• A degree in HR, Management or a related area — or hands-on experience that proves your skills.
• Fluency in French is mandatory for this position and will be used exclusively to support HR operations for France.
• Strong communication skills — clear, confident and approachable
• A detail-oriented mindset and a natural ability to bring structure where it’s needed
• Enjoyment in working with people from different cultures and backgrounds
• An adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Confidence using Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR platforms is a big plus
