Thales is seeking a French-speaking HR Operations Specialist to join the HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon. You will support employees and managers across countries, handling onboarding to offboarding with a people-first approach, and maintaining data quality in HR systems.

• A degree in HR, Management or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and empathetically with different stakeholders.
• A detail-oriented and structured mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive, adaptable and solution-driven attitude in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with tools like Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.

• Own and support the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain and update HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high data quality standards.
• Support international HR operations, including onboarding, mobility processes and day‑to‑day HR administration.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, reports) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects, helping optimise processes and enhance employee experience.
