Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal invites a Payment Support Specialist to join our FinTech Operations on-site at our central Lisbon office. You will serve as a primary brand ambassador, guiding corporate accounts in France, resolving system inquiries, and building strong commercial relationships.

Fluent French (C1+) and English (B2) are required. The role offers full-time employment with 100% paid onboarding, performance evaluations, and a comprehensive benefits package including health and life

Qualificações

• Completely fluent in written and spoken French with C1+ level.
• Proficient in English (B2) for enterprise tools and internal comms.
• Strong client-focus with ability to communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, professional guidance to corporate accounts via phone, email, and live chat.
• Detect and troubleshoot software glitches and payment processing issues.
• Explain complex financial and product details in clear French to clients.
• Collaborate with level-two tech support to escalate and resolve issues.
• Log interactions and resolutions in both French and English.
