Ignite in Lisbon is seeking a Payment Support Specialist to assist French-speaking clients. You will resolve platform issues, guide business users, and coordinate with technical teams during escalation.

The role starts with onboarding training and requires fluency in French and working daily on-site at our central Lisbon office. A customer-focused mindset and tech curiosity are essential for success in this global fintech environment.

Qualificações

• Language proficiency: fluent written/spoken French (C1) and functional English (B2).
• Strong comfort with digital platforms and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on corporate clients.
• Motivation to build a career in a global corporate fintech environment.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, accurate guidance to business users via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot system errors, transactions, login issues, and user profiles.
• Translate complex rules into clear French for corporate clients.
• Collaborate with tier-two teams to escalate and close support requests.
• Maintain logs of interactions and solutions in French and English across tools.
