Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Payment Support Specialist to serve the French market. This on-site, full-time role places you with a global fintech client, handling software queries, account assistance, and service quality for corporate customers.

You will receive a fully paid initial training, a base salary paid over 14 installments plus a monthly attendance bonus and meal allowance, plus relocation housing support.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) required; strong English (B2) for team comms.
• Proven customer support and client-facing skills.
• Interest in international corporate environment and FinTech.

Responsabilidades

• Provide rapid, high-quality assistance to business clients via phone, chat, and email regarding digital payment solutions.
• Investigate and resolve software issues, transaction holds, login problems, and routine account updates.
• Translate complex features and data into clear French; document interactions in CRM in French and English.
