Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Payment Support Specialist for our enterprise accounts. This on-site role focuses on guiding corporate clients through payment technology products, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service.

You will work with French and English language requirements, participate in troubleshooting, and collaborate with Level-2 support. Onboarding is fully paid; prior FinTech experience not required.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and spoken French (C1+).
• Working proficiency in English (B2) for tools and communication.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
• Proven client-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt guidance to corporate accounts via phone, email, and live chat in French and English.
• Detect and troubleshoot software glitches, payment processing errors, login credentials, and user admin requests.
• Explain complex financial terms and product features in simple language to business accounts in French.
• Collaborate with Level-2 technical support to resolve advanced issues.
• Record accurate interaction logs and case summaries in both French and English.
