Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Payment Support Specialist fluent in French to join our on-site FinTech team. You will assist corporate clients with digital payment services, troubleshoot issues, and communicate in French and English while upholding high service standards.
The role is full-time, based in a central office, with onboarding provided and opportunities for growth within an international environment. Prior FinTech experience is not required.
Qualificações
- Fully fluent in written and spoken French with working English proficiency for corporate use.
- High digital literacy and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
Responsabilidades
- Provide timely support to corporate clients via phone, email, and live chat about digital payment services.
- Identify and fix software issues, payment errors, access problems and user management requests.
- Explain complex financial and technical details to French-speaking business accounts.
- Collaborate with second-tier technical support to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate logs and ticket summaries in French and English.
