Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Payment Support Specialist fluent in French to assist high-profile corporate accounts. You will provide fast, professional support for digital payment solutions, resolve platform issues, and translate complex guidance for clients.

Training starts from day one, no prior FinTech background required. The role is based in a modern central Lisbon office with full-time hours.

Qualificações

• Fluent oral and written French (C1) plus functional English (B2) for tools and communication.
• Strong digital comfort and a knack for resolving tech issues.
• Excellent communication and client-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Guide client accounts via phone, email, and chat regarding digital payment solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve platform glitches, transaction failures, and account access issues.
• Translate complex financial and policy information into clear French for corporate clients.
• Collaborate with level-two teams to expedite and resolve tickets.
• Document case histories and resolutions in French and English.
