Ignite in Lisbon is hiring a client support specialist to assist commercial clients using online payment solutions. You will break down complex financial workflows into clear, actionable guidance and join a fast-growing FinTech team.

The role is entry-level with comprehensive training; Fluent French and working knowledge of English required; 24/7 rotational shifts; health insurance and meal stipends are provided as part of the package.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (written and spoken) and English at least B2.
• Willingness to work round-the-clock rotational shifts.
• Strong digital and software troubleshooting skills.
• Client-centric mindset and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with business clients via live chat, phone, and email about digital payment systems.
• Troubleshoot platform glitches, failed transactions, and account access issues.
• Explain complex technical/financial concepts clearly in French to partners.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve high-level service requests.
• Maintain accurate logs and support tickets in French and English.
