Ignite is seeking a Payment Support Specialist to join our Lisbon office. The role is on-site, full-time, supporting French-speaking business accounts in a dynamic FinTech context across France. You will resolve software inquiries, assist corporate clients, and contribute to strong client relationships.

Initial training is fully paid, and prior FinTech experience is not required. Based in a modern central Lisbon office, you will work with cross-functional teams, documenting cases in both French

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) with upper-intermediate English (B2)
• Strong interpersonal skills for professional client experiences
• Interest in international corporate FinTech environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide fast, high-quality support to business accounts via phone, chat, and email regarding electronic payment products.
• Troubleshoot software issues, transaction holds, login problems, and administrative account changes.
• Explain complex software functions, policies, and financial details in clear French.
• Collaborate with tier-two engineers to resolve high-priority issues.
• Document client interactions and ticket solutions in CRM in both French and English.
