Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Payment Support Specialist fluent in French to support French commercial clients of a leading FinTech. This on-site, full-time role involves guiding customers, troubleshooting platform issues, and translating complex financial steps into clear French for enterprise users.

Training is provided from day one, with strong growth opportunities within a global payments team.

Qualificações

Fluent oral and written French (C1) with functional English (B2) for tools and communication.
Strong digital comfort and problem-solving in tech support.
Excellent client-facing communication for enterprise clients.
Motivation to work in a global corporate FinTech environment.

Responsabilidades

Provide fast, knowledgeable assistance to business accounts via phone, email, and real-time chat regarding digital payment solutions.
Diagnose and resolve platform glitches, transaction failures, account access obstacles, and profile setting updates.
Explain complex financial concepts and policy guidelines in clear French for corporate clients.
Collaborate with level-two technical teams to resolve complex customer tickets.
Document case histories and resolution details in French and English across internal systems.
