Qualificações

• Fluent written and spoken French at C1 level or higher with working English at B2 level.
• High digital literacy and curiosity for troubleshooting.
• Strong interpersonal skills for corporate clients.
• Interest in international corporate environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely, expert support to corporate clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding digital payment services.
• Identify and fix software bugs, payment errors, access issues, and user management requests.
• Explain complex financial and technical details in clear French to business accounts.
• Collaborate with second-tier technical support to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate logs and ticket summaries in French and English.
