Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Porto to serve as a key contact for automation systems standards across the company's plants. You will handle phone and email queries from partners, guide users through LISA tools, and ensure accurate data maintenance in our systems.

You should be analytical, proactive, and capable of clear communication with customers. Experience with SAP or MS Office is a plus, and the role is a full-time position based in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Be one of the key contact partners for the automation systems strategy and standards for all Linde plants.
• Provide assistance via phone/email to Partners to support simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business.
• Guide partners through LISA tools as part of your role.
• Change and maintain partner's data on the system.
• Ensure that the data received from the partner is accurate and timely maintained.
• Ensure good relationship with partners/customers and set agreements.
• Transfer queries to the corresponding department.
