Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school (High School)
• Spanish as native language; English is a plus
• SAP/ERP basic knowledge required
• Experience in customer service (Front Office/Order Entry/Back Office) preferred
• Strong daily communication with customers by phone and email

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance via phone/mail/email to existing and new/potential customers by solving simple queries affecting business performance
• Ensure customer data is accurately and timely maintained
• Manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)
