Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school (High School) is required for this role.
• German native language; English B2 level.
• SAP/ERP basic knowledge is needed.
• Experience in customer service (Front Office/Order Entry/Back Office) preferred.
• Able to communicate by phone and email with customers daily.
• Willing to contribute to the company's digital transformation project.
• Able to gather, interpret, and use data effectively for digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance via phone/mail/email from existing and new customers by solving simple queries.
• Ensure data received from customers is accurate and timely maintained.
• Maintain Master Data Management – Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master.
• Route complex requests to the appropriate person (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.).
