Job summary

Qualifications

• Native or C2 level French.

Responsibilities

• Be a key contact partner for automation systems strategy and standards across Linde plants.
• Provide assistance via phone/email for simple and complex queries impacting business performance.
• Guide partners through LISA tools.
• Change and maintain partner data in the system.
• Ensure partner data is accurate and timely.
• Maintain good relationships with partners/customers and establish agreements.
• Escalate/transfer queries to the appropriate department.
