Job summary

Nextlane in Porto is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (French speaker) to build a scalable, performance-driven inside sales model. This hunter role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads and driving deals to close.

You will manage inbound and outbound campaigns, run discovery calls, maintain a clean Salesforce pipeline, collaborate with Marketing and BDRs, and aim to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Prior B2B SaaS or outbound experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Inside Sales, SDR/BDR or similar roles.
• B2B SaaS or tech experience is a strong plus.
• Proven exposure to outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads (marketing, events, direct requests).
• Run outbound prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, sequences).
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities.
• Manage deals end-to-end until signature.
• Maintain a clean and active pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging.
• Consistently work towards monthly and quarterly targets.
