Cross Border Talents in Porto seeks a French-speaking customer service representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, assist clients, and support back-office requests. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong IT knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills.

You will engage with customers, demonstrate sales aptitude on projects, and manage objections while using various IT tools. A valid Porto-area residence is required, with paid training and day-one contract.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) at C1/C2 level.
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of IT.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to make suggestions.
• Must reside in or around Porto, Portugal.
• Experience in customer relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls from clients and respond to their requests.
