Primary Duties

• Client Engagement: Provide top-tier assistance to business clients through live chat, phone, and email regarding digital payment systems.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot platform glitches, failed transactions, and account access issues.
• Clear Communication: Explain complex technical and financial concepts in clear, effortless French to business partners.
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with specialized technical departments to elevate and resolve high-level service requests.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise interaction logs and support tickets in both French and English.

Qualifications

• Language Capabilities: Fluent or C1-level command of French (written and spoken); minimum B2 English proficiency for system navigation, onboarding, and team collaboration.
• Schedule Flexibility: Full availability to work round-the-clock rotational shifts across a 24/7 calendar.

Salary & Compensation

• Base Pay: €930 monthly base, structured across 14 annual payments (inclusive of mandatory holiday pay).
• Reliability Bonus: €100 monthly incentive tied to attendance and punctuality.
