Inetum is seeking a Technical Support Advisor (French Speaker) in Porto to act as a bridge between business and technical teams. You will ensure high-quality support, manage requests, and drive continuous service improvement in a data-driven, agile setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Service Desk, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Data-related processes and business environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong customer service focus and communication abilities.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance environments is a plus.
