Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Service Desk, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Data-related processes and business environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process requests from internal and external stakeholders through various channels (phone, email, ticketing systems).
• Ensure high-quality customer support while maintaining service standards and data confidentiality.
• Build and maintain relationships with users and stakeholders, addressing dissatisfaction proactively.
• Monitor, report, and follow up on incidents, anomalies, and operational issues.
• Contribute to service excellence through continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver service.
