Job summary

The Career Nest Hub in Portugal seeks a French-speaking customer support specialist to join a multicultural team and handle French-speaking customers across phone, email, and chat channels. You will be the primary contact, delivering high-quality digital and customer care solutions.

Schedule is 40 hours per week with rotating shifts. The initial 12-month contract is renewable, and permanent eligibility may arise after two years, with additional relocation support and benefits.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in French (written and spoken).
• Good working knowledge of English.
• High school diploma completed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers across channels (phone, email, chat).
• Deliver digital and customer care solutions while supporting global brands.
• Collaborate within a multicultural team and maintain high service standards.
