Cross Border Talents is seeking a bilingual French & English Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Portugal. The role starts with on-site training and nesting, then transitions to a hybrid setup based on performance.

You will assist customers in French and English, aiming for first-contact resolution, and provide a professional, positive experience. Strong communication and adaptability to new processes are essential; relocation to Portugal is considered.

Formación

• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Customer support experience is advantageous.
