Cross Border Talents is seeking a French Customer Support Agent to join our Braga/Aveiro team in Portugal. You will handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, guiding customers through post-sale inquiries and reservations with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

The role requires native-level French, good English (B2), fast typing, and strong communication. You will work in rotating shifts and contribute to high customer satisfaction while collaborating with a dynamic global team.

Qualificações

• Fluency in French (native or near-native) required.
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level) required.
• Typing speed of 20 words per minute or more.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Good computer skills and basic IT literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending to requests.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
