You will handle inquiries from France, Belgium, and Switzerland across digital and voice channels, assisting with account and order administration and resolving issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

The role requires native French, strong English, and customer-centric problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native French speaking and writing skills.
• Good English for internal comms and systems.
• Strong communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer care in French via phone, email, and live messaging.
• Assist customers with account configurations, orders, billing, deliveries, and returns.
• Diagnose issues and guide users toward first-contact resolutions.
• Maintain high CSAT, service quality, and response metrics.
• Log all interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams when needed.
