Kats Recruitment is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the front-line contact for French-speaking customers across France, Belgium, and Switzerland, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat from a modern Lisbon office.

The ideal candidate is fluent in French with strong English, has a customer-centric mindset, and can work full-time on a rotating shift.

Competenze

• Native or near-native fluency in French (C1/C2).
• Good working proficiency in English (B2) for internal communications, training, and systems navigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high active listening ability.
• Customer-centric mindset with patience, empathy, and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple digital applications, ticketing tools, and browser-based systems.
• Flexibility to work full-time across rotational shifts.
• Prior experience in customer support is an asset, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Residing in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Portugal.

Mansioni

• Deliver friendly, professional, and empathetic customer care in French via phone, email, and live messaging.
• Assist customers with account configurations, order management, billing inquiries, deliveries, and returns.
• Diagnose customer challenges accurately and guide users toward clear, first-contact resolutions.
• Maintain consistently high standards of customer satisfaction (CSAT), service quality, and response metrics.
• Accurately log all customer interactions, case details, and outcomes within internal CRM systems.
• Escalate complex technical, billing, or operational issues to senior support teams as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and team leads to drive continuous service improvements.
