The role offers a hybrid work model with a 6-month contract, Monday to Friday shifts from 07:00 to 18:00, and weekends off. Equipment is provided or shipped to those living over 50 km from the office.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent proficiency in French (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding app features and overall functionality.
• Provide phone-based support to handle incoming user inquiries.
