Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Braga, Portugal to assist users of an employee benefits app. You will handle inquiries about meal allowances, mobility programs, and reward vouchers, delivering clear guidance and friendly service.

In this hybrid role, you will work Monday through Friday with rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00, and weekends off. A 6-month contract offers a defined term with equipment provided as needed.

About the Role

Work Conditions

• Equipment: Provided by the company (shipped to candidates residing more than 50 km from the office; collected in person for those living within 50 km).
