Cross Border Talents in Braga, Portugal, seeks a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist users of a cutting-edge employee benefits app. You will answer inquiries about meal allowances, mobility programs and reward vouchers, and help users create and manage accounts.

This hybrid role offers a 6-month contract with weekday shifts between 07:00 and 18:00, weekends off; equipment is provided for remote candidates.

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will assist users with an innovative employee benefits application, providing support on features such as meal allowances, mobility programs, and reward vouchers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding app features and overall functionality.
• Provide phone-based support to handle incoming user inquiries.
• Guide users through account creation, setup, and balance management.
• Inform customers about available service features and platform updates.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in French (written and spoken).

Work Conditions

• Contract Duration: 6-month contract.
• Work Model: Hybrid.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00 (Weekends off).
• Equipment: Provided by the company (shipped to candidates residing more than 50 km from the office; collected in person for those living within 50 km).
