RDN Cons in Lisboa, Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support professional to join our international team on site. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth and a dynamic multicultural environment.

You'll assist French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, answer questions, handle account and product inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualificações

Your Profile

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
