RDN Cons is seeking a motivated French-speaking customer support professional to join our international team in Braga. The role focuses on assisting French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, and delivering accurate information with a positive attitude.

Ideal candidates have fluent French and strong English, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) required.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Support French-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat.
• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with account, service and product-related enquiries.
• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Record and manage customer interactions using internal systems.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues when additional support is required.
