RDN CONS is seeking a French-speaking customer support associate based in Braga to assist clients by phone, email or chat. You will respond to inquiries, help with account and service questions, and ensure accurate information is provided while maintaining a positive customer experience.

The role welcomes motivated, entry-level candidates and offers initial training, ongoing support, and career development within an international environment. Onsite work in Braga is required.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) required.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Support French-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat.
