Job summary

Twentooconsulting is seeking a Customer Support Agent in Lisbon. The role requires native/French (C2) proficiency, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to relocate to Lisbon if needed.

You will work on-site in Santos, Lisbon with rotational shifts and support customers via calls, chats, and emails. Base salary plus bonuses is offered, with relocation assistance for EU citizens and a meal allowance.

Qualifications
