Job summary

Twentooconsulting in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide frontline assistance via inbound calls, chats and emails to Level 1 contacts. The role is full-time and on-site, based in Santos, Lisbon, with rotation shifts as needed.

You will explain winnings to bettors, manage user accounts and assist with login issues, while identifying and elevating issues and crafting clear, accurate responses using prepared templates.

Qualifications

• Native or C2 level French
• High school diploma
• Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving
• EU citizenship
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon
• Available for on-site work in Santos, Lisbon, on rotational shifts
