Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in French, with a solid working knowledge of English for internal communications and systems.
• Background: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
• Technical & Core Skills: Comfortable navigating multiple digital tools and software, with strong problem-solving capabilities, detail orientation, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Work Style: Adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable working within an international, team-oriented setup.
