Cross Border Talents is seeking a French Customer Service Representative for Porto, Portugal. The role requires fluent French and business-level English to support customers via phone, chat and email in an international team.

The position is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule, and relocation support is provided for candidates moving to Portugal. You will contribute to a positive customer experience, handle inquiries, and adapt to evolving processes and tools in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Native-level or fluent French.
• English at business level (C1), read, write and speak fluently.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• High school diploma (12th grade or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto.

French Customer Service Representative – Porto

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 | Weekends off

About the Role

We are looking for a French & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Porto. You will provide essential support to customers of a leading global customer experience company, primarily in French and English, contributing to a positive customer experience.

• Resolve customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience on every interaction
• Adapt quickly to new processes and tools in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent French
• English at business level (C1), with the ability to read, write and speak fluently
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry
• High school diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto
