Qualificações

• Language proficiency: French at C1/C2 level.
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card.
• Experience: 0-1 year in customer support or related role.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Assist users with account questions and platform functionality.
