Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Specialist to support users of an e-health platform from its Braga, Portugal offices. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, guiding users through the platform and ensuring a smooth experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication and problem-solving, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Language proficiency in French is essential, and EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French at C1/C2 level.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist users with questions about accounts, platform features, services, and requests.
• Navigate the e-health platform and provide clear, easy-to-follow guidance.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Document interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases per established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and within timeframes.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, productivity and quality.
